Hello, planner friends! Can you believe it’s already March? Spring is peeking around the corner, and that means it’s time to refresh my Erin Condren Daily Duo with a brand-new setup. And of course, no setup is complete without stickers—lots and lots of stickers! It has taken a lot of experimentation to get just the right setup that meets my needs.

Step 1: Picking the Perfect Sticker Kit
First things first, I always start by choosing a sticker kit that fits the vibe of the month. March is all about fresh starts, blooming flowers, and a little bit of St. Patrick’s Day magic. I went with a gorgeous pastel green and floral kit that brings a breath of spring air to my pages. (Bonus points for any foil stickers to add that lucky sparkle!) Erin Condren makes a beautiful sticker book that I use for the monthly layout!

Ten years ago, I discovered Planner Chick Designs on Facebook, and I love her vibe. Wendy is a wonderful woman, and the sticker kits are both adorable and affordable. I use the subscription service to save time and money and add on as needed with new kits. One of the kits I always have to have is the Apple Watch Fitness. I like to track my movement with these.

Step 2: Monthly Spread
The monthly spread is my first stop! I cover the top headers with beautiful themed decor stickers and place functional stickers for paydays, appointments, and important events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and book releases! Seeing my month at a glance all decked out makes planning so much more exciting! Next, I think of the goals I have for the month, which always includes how many books I need to read, what adventures I want to go on, and tracking my healthy fitness habits.

Step 3: Week in a Peek
I need to be able to look at the whole week in one place to get a clear overview of what’s ahead. This especially helps with aligning appointments, meetings, extracurricular activities, and meal planning. By seeing everything laid out visually, I can make sure there are no conflicts, plan for busy days, and adjust my schedule accordingly.
After that, I think about my weekly goals, breaking them down into manageable steps that fit into my routine. I also track habits like medication, workouts, and skin care to ensure I’m maintaining a healthy balance. My to-do list gets a dedicated space where I prioritize tasks by importance, allowing me to focus on what truly matters without feeling overwhelmed.
This section serves as my command center, keeping me grounded and organized while still leaving room for flexibility and fun!

Step 4: Daily Pages—The Fun Begins!
Since the Daily Duo gives me a full page per day, I get creative with my layouts. I love using decorative stickers and wacky holidays at the top to set the tone for the day, followed by to-do lists, meal planning, and of course, some motivational quotes or Bible verses for an extra boost. I want to leave room for special memories made or sayings that captured my heart.
To make the most of the space, I divide my page into sections that help me stay productive and inspired. I dedicate an area for daily habits, ensuring I stay on track with my goals. Next, I lay out any appointments, activities, or meetings so I know where I am supposed to be and when I am supposed to be there! I also incorporate a meal-planning section to keep track of what I’m eating and to help with grocery shopping. It is also nice to know what we are planning for dinner so I do not have to make one more decision after a busy day of teaching and being a wife and mom.
Another favorite addition to my daily pages is tracking self-care. Whether it’s noting how much water I’ve had, logging my workout, or jotting down a gratitude reflection, this space keeps me mindful of my well-being. I also love leaving room for memory-keeping—funny moments, sweet conversations, or anything that made the day special. Sometimes, I’ll even add a picture or a little doodle to make it extra personal!

Step 5: Adding Special Touches
This is my favorite part—making my planner truly mine! I sprinkle in fun decorative stickers, icons, and weekend banners to add personality. Since March is unpredictable, I make sure to include space for last-minute plans, rainy day stickers, and, yes, plenty of coffee stickers for those mornings that need a little extra motivation!
Step 6: Step Back and Admire
Once everything is set up, I flip through the pages and take it all in. There’s something so satisfying about a beautifully decorated planner that’s both functional and fun! All of this happens before the sparkly pens and markers!

Final Thoughts
Using stickers in my Erin Condren Daily Duo makes planning feel like a creative escape rather than just another to-do list. Plus, it keeps me on track in a way that brings me joy!
